Meet Mike Morucci
Owner of Morucci Realty
Mike Morucci is a Bloomsburg University graduate and 2-time All-American football player at BU. He grew up in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, was inducted into the BU Football Hall of Fame in 1990, and was drafted by the New Orleans Saints after graduating from college (7th round draft pic). Mike was instrumental in developing the Geisinger Health Plan, one of the most successful programs in the country. He has owned many fitness centers and founded Morucci Realty in 1984, which has grown to be one of Bloomsburg's largest and most successful student rental companies.
Mike has been building and remodeling rental properties in Bloomsburg for over 40 years. He has developed expertise in both the construction and design of student rentals. Additionally, his experience in the town of Bloomsburg has given him the insight to purchase key properties close to the university that make Morucci Realty the preferred landlord in the local community. More recently, Mike opened a southern tier branch of his business in St. Augustine, Florida, adding depth to his real estate portfolio, which currently offers long-term, short-term, vacation, and commercial rentals. He is a dynamo that seems just to get better with age.
When you visit one of Morucci Realty’s rental properties, you will immediately notice the attention to detail and design put into each unit. Mike designs each property like he or one of his family members would live there. He takes pride in the quality of his rentals and strives to deliver the highest quality customer service possible. Meet Nikki Morucci
Manager of Morucci Realty
10 years ago, Mike's oldest daughter Nikki Morucci became more involved with her father’s company. Morucci’s local roots and family operation makes working with the duo easy and comfortable. Their father-daughter relationship brings its own charm to the business, while their unique business personalities balance and maximize the day-to-day detailed management of the company.
Nikki admires the company her father built from the ground up and works hard to preserve its hearty heritage. Nikki is down-to-earth and easy to talk to. She is always personally available via email, phone, or text:
