student housing and vacation condo rentals. Landlord Mike Morucci
is a Bloomsburg native and 1980 graduate of Bloomsburg
University. He cares a great deal about his town and
neighborhood, and is committed to providing his renters with
safe, clean, quality housing. Mike has been in the real
estate business since 1984 and has over 30 houses located in prime
locations throughout the town. He also employs a
full-time maintenance staff that is available when needed.
Mike is one of the few student landlords
who actually resides in Bloomsburg and is always on
call.
